Link in bio

A link in bio for local businesses

For cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and studios: one link with everything customers look for. Put it in your Instagram bio and on your counter. Pay once, from €2.

What to put on it

  • "Book a table" or "Book now", highlighted as a big button
  • A Call button that dials your number
  • Your menu or price list: a web page or a PDF online
  • Your location on a map
  • Online orders, gift cards or your shop
  • Your reviews page
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and your email, as icons

Group links under section titles like Visit, Order and Follow us. Turn on link cards to show a page's own picture and title.

Map, WhatsApp and phone: what works

Map: paste your Google Maps link. Both short links (maps.app.goo.gl/…) and full ones (www.google.com/maps/…) work. Other shortened links, other goo.gl links included, aren't accepted.

WhatsApp: add it as an icon, or as a link like "Order on WhatsApp", with your number and its country code. Customers tap it and a chat with you opens.

Email: add a public address as an icon. Anyone can see it, so a separate address for the page helps keep spam away.

Phone: add a Call button: a link with your number and its country code, like +39 02 1234 5678. Customers tap it to call you. Highlight it if calls matter most, or add it as an icon. The number is public, so use the one you answer for the business.

A QR code for the counter

In your dashboard, tap QR code, then Save image. You get a black-on-white picture with large squares that prints cleanly. Put it on the counter, in the window, on menus or on receipts. Your address never changes, so printed codes keep working.

There's also a poster in story or feed size, with your photo, your address and an optional QR code. Posters show your rank in your tag with a playful headline, so for a plain counter sign, the QR code on its own is usually the better choice.

See what customers tap

Your dashboard shows visits and clicks per link, so you can see whether people want the menu or the booking page. Check today by the hour, or the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Visits are split by where they came from, such as Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, or Direct, which is where most QR scans and typed addresses land. A summary arrives by email every Monday.

No cookie banner

im.center sets no cookies for your visitors, so there's nothing for them to accept. No ads, no trackers. Visits and clicks are counted without cookies, and the email you sign up with is never shown.

Easy to keep up to date

Change your hours, today's special or the summer menu from your phone. Sign in with a link sent to your email; there's no password. Saved changes go live within seconds.

Quick setups by kind of business

  • Café or restaurant: Book a table (highlighted), the menu, the map, takeaway or delivery, Instagram.
  • Salon, barber or studio: Book now (highlighted), the price list, your work on Instagram or TikTok, WhatsApp.
  • Shop: Shop online (highlighted), gift cards, the map, opening hours in your bio.
  • Gym or classes: Book a class (highlighted), the timetable, prices for a first visit, WhatsApp.

More than one location

One email can own several pages, so each location can have its own page, address and stats. Each page is paid for separately, from €2.

About the leaderboard

Every page is also on a public leaderboard, under one tag, such as #food, #beauty or #fitness. Ranks are paid placements, not reviews. Your rank shows on your page by default; turn it off in your dashboard if you'd rather not show it. The footer still says ranks are paid placements.

Questions

Can customers book or order through im.center?

No. Link to the booking or ordering page you already use.

Can I change my page's address later?

No. Pick your business's name: your printed QR codes depend on it.

Do I need a website?

No. Your menu just needs to be online somewhere, like your booking provider's page or a PDF you've put online.

What does it cost?

From €2, once. No monthly fee and nothing to renew.
